Volcanic activity is up over 1000 percent over 100 years ago. Massive amounts of basalt are pouring into the the ocean which will increase its volumne and raise its level. The increased moisture will fuel huricanes and blizzards with 40 feet or more snowfalls in northern latitudes, resulting in FURTHER increases in glacier thickness in the center with the continuing melting where they touch the water.

I suggest doing a little primary research on things like the volume of material needed to raise global sea-level by a millimetre (hint, high-school geometry is all you need), and the rate of sub-sea volcanism...
